Every authentic meeting and sharing is immensely enriching for me and it always fills me with joy when I manage to inspire, create harmonious peace, encourage, or empower another on a personal level.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities from Charles University’s youngest faculty, the Faculty of Humanities, which broadened my horizons of understanding and gave me a multidisciplinary perspective on different areas of human life, through understanding the context in terms of history and philosophy, as well as anthropology, sociology, economics and last but not least psychology, which was my focus. Thus, I went through three years of training in Health Psychology under the guidance of Doc. Václav Břicháček and Prof. Jaro Křivohlavý. This field attracted me mainly through its holistic approach to human beings and made me realize that if we want permanent changes for the better, we cannot just focus on the details of what is not working and “fix” the individual seemingly malfunctioning parts, but we need to take into account the functioning of the whole and what could help the whole to re-establish homeostasis or optimal stability.

This holistic approach then led me to the next step, which has only been outlined at the university, and that is more connectedness, communication, and alignment with our body. Although I was already aware of my ability to sense my body, communicate through my hands and touch, and tune in to others to some extent during my adolescence with my first massage attempts, I owe the full realization of my gifts and, in fact, the source of my joy and energy in life, mainly to my encounter with MUDr. Soňa Hájková. Under her guidance, I underwent three years of professional training as a holistic therapist in the fields of Human Being, Ethics and Spiritual Path, Harmony, Holistic Healing Program, Holistic Nutrition, Holistic Exercises, and Holistic Massage, during which I realized how powerful a fully conscious touch can be in bringing balance, peace and a true sense of nourishment, all based on clear and pure intention, guided attention and alignment.

Next, my steps led me to become acquainted with Christian Pankhurst and his communication and relational methodology with a somatic overlay called Heart IQ, where I realized how central the role of connecting in genuineness with others is, with the practical use of previous theoretical knowledge regarding listening or observing, consciously holding space and pure reflection without thought analysis and judgment, especially in group work. However, my journey of growth and development as a person and as a massage therapist is far from ending here, as I am learning new things every day and using many other helpful bits and pieces and tools in my practice that I am gradually coming into contact with.

I have always pondered everything I observe, what I perceive, what I experience, how others have it, how things work in this universe, and what systems and wholes we have here. From all of this, I pieced together a multi-dimensional mosaic that I revised each time I became aware of another dimension of a previous experience. And all this was mostly mediated by meeting people and tuning into their wave.

I’d say, my gift is a connecting, lovingly caressing touch that I share with joy.

  • I’ve found a place that makes me feel good

Hello, let me share my experience… I had a massage last week with masseuse Hana. It was my 2nd massage in my life… so you can imagine how apprehensively I was going into it. Now, with hindsight, I laugh that it was completely unnecessary. The very kind attitude from the beginning to the end and the massage itself convinced me that I was definitely not there for the last time. Thank you so much as I believe I’ve found a place that makes me feel good. So I 100% recommend it and would love to come again. And thanks again!!!
