Introductory Provisions
\u00a0 \u00a0 These General Terms and Conditions of Business, hereinafter referred to as “GTC”, regulate the contractual relations between Anna Samkova – Massage Therapy, hereinafter referred to as “the operator” and the person purchasing massage services, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”, when ordering services offered by the operator or on the website www.masazni-terapie.cz.
\u00a0 \u00a0 In addition to these GTCs, the contractual relationship between the Operator and the Customer is governed by the currently valid price list and the General Terms and Conditions published on the www.masazni-terapie.cz website.
\u00a0 \u00a0 These Terms and Conditions become an integral part of every contractual relationship concluded between the Seller and the Customer. Any deviating provisions in the contract shall prevail over the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The Seller may change or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions.
Applicable law and legal regime
\u00a0 \u00a0 The contractual relations between the Parties shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Process of ordering and payment for services
\u00a0 \u00a0 Ordering – By ordering or purchasing a gift certificate, the Customer expresses his\/her interest in the service and his\/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the customer’s order by the operator is necessary for the conclusion of the contract.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The Operator is not obliged to confirm an individual customer order. An unconfirmed order is not binding on the Operator.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The customer’s order must contain sufficient information to identify the customer (name and surname, telephone number, and\/or e-mail address) and to identify the product or service ordered.
\u00a0 \u00a0 Services are paid by the customer in cash or by bank transfer.
Terms and conditions for redeeming gift certificates
\u00a0 \u00a0 The gift certificate entitles its holder to use the services at Massage Therapy Th\u00e1mova 181\/20, 186 00, Prague 8 – Karl\u00edn.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The gift certificate can only be redeemed and services can only be used within 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The expiry date is always indicated on the gift certificate.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The validity period can be extended before the expiry date of the certificate. Extension means the renewal of the certificate for a further six months. A gift certificate can only be renewed once.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The customer is obliged to book the selected services via the booking form at www.masazni-terapie.cz\/rezervace, by email, or by phone at 733 529 482 (indicated on the gift certificate) well in advance. Payment by gift voucher must be reported when booking the massage for validation. When booking a massage, the type of massage listed on the certificate can be changed to a massage of the same or lower price.
The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned, copying or other modifications to the gift certificate are not permitted.
\u00a0 \u00a0 If a client is booked and fails to appear without cancelling the binding reservation in advance, the value of the service booked will automatically be deducted from the gift certificate or forfeited to the client.
\u00a0 \u00a0 By purchasing a gift voucher, the purchaser confirms that he\/she has read these terms and conditions and agrees to them. The purchaser is obliged to make the person to whom the gift certificate is given aware of the terms and conditions set out herein. By accepting the gift certificate, the holder agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.
General Terms and Conditions
\u00a0 \u00a0 Date of visit:
\u00a0 \u00a0 Appointments must be arranged and booked at www.masazni-terapie.cz\/rezervace, by email, social media Massage Therapy, or by phone.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The agreed date is a binding order. The operator reserves the appropriate time for the agreed date of the client’s visit.
\u00a0 \u00a0 Re-arrangement:
\u00a0 \u00a0 If the client is unable to attend the massage on the agreed date, please inform the therapist in advance by phone, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the massage. Late rescheduling is considered an absence of the customer.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The studio premises are not accessible at any time. If a customer arrives before the scheduled time, they will wait in the waiting room.
\u00a0 \u00a0 Late arrival:
\u00a0 \u00a0 If the customer arrives a maximum of 15 minutes after the appointment time, the massage will be performed in a shortened scope so that it will end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival for the massage is considered an absence of the customer.
\u00a0 \u00a0 Customer absence:
\u00a0 \u00a0 In the event of absence or arriving more than 15 minutes late for a massage, the customer will be required to pay 50% of the value of the booked massage time, or it will be deducted directly from the value of the gift certificate.
Refusal and early termination of massage
Massage may be refused in the following cases:
(a) the client presents for massage with obvious symptoms of infectious diseases
b) the client arrives for the massage in a drunken state or under the influence of addictive substances
(c) the customer presents for a massage with medical problems of a medical nature
(d) the customer presents for a massage in an unsanitary condition
(e) the customer expresses himself in an undignified manner during the booking of the massage
Premature termination of the massage
A massage may be terminated early if:
(a) during the massage, the customer shows obvious signs of infectious diseases, or
(b) during the massage, the customer shows obvious signs of intoxication or substance abuse; or
(c) during the massage, the customer shows obvious signs of health problems; or
(d) during the massage, the customer behaves in an undignified manner
Informed consent of the customer
Before the first massage, the customer is instructed about the health risks, indications, and contraindications. If he\/she decides to have a massage, he\/she gives his\/her clear and free informed consent

The price list for massages is available on the operator’s website www.masazni-terapie.cz\/cenik
Privacy policy
\u00a0 \u00a0 Processing of personal data
\u00a0 \u00a0 The Customer expressly agrees that the Operator is entitled to process and store all information and data provided by the Customer to process the order, following the relevant generally applicable legislation, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data. By providing his\/her email address, the Customer consents to the sending of Business Communications to his\/her email address; this consent may be revoked at any time.
Final arrangements
\u00a0 \u00a0 The contractual relations between the Parties shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
\u00a0 \u00a0 The Parties expressly declare that they have entered into these Terms and Conditions after thoroughly familiarizing themselves with their contents, freely and seriously, accept them, and undertake to comply with the rights and obligations set forth therein.
